A proud Arizona native, first-generation college graduate, and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Ryan is the clinical owner of BioPeak RX and holds full authority over every prescription written on the platform. He brings an entrepreneurial mindset to medicine—and the kind of care that's becoming rare: unhurried appointments, direct provider access, and treatment plans built around your life, not a billing code.

With 14 years in healthcare and more than five as a provider, Ryan specializes in helping high performers—athletes, executives, pastors, and driven professionals—remove the hidden barriers that limit their potential, whether that's optimizing hormones, managing weight, or simply having a provider who picks up the phone. Every protocol he designs is evidence-based, personally screened, and monitored throughout care; every formulary decision—including the compounds BioPeak RX deliberately excludes—is made on clinical and compliance grounds, never marketing convenience.

With Operations Director Devin Casey, Ryan co-authored the consumer guides The Direct Primary Care Buyer's Guide for Families and the forthcoming Low T, High Stakes: A Patient's Buyer's Guide to Cash-Pay Testosterone Therapy.

Operations Director

Devin leads the platform, operations, and patient experience behind BioPeak RX. Through Elaren Ventures, he oversees pharmacy sourcing and verification, third-party testing and certificate-of-analysis tracking, fulfillment, technology, and the compliance infrastructure—the systems that turn a provider's protocol into a safely delivered, fully documented therapy.

A U.S. Navy veteran, MBA, and longtime operator, Devin has spent his career building the business and systems side of small, regulated companies. With BioPeak RX Clinical Director Ryan Arvizo, he co-authored the consumer guides The Direct Primary Care Buyer's Guide for Families and the forthcoming Low T, High Stakes: A Patient's Buyer's Guide to Cash-Pay Testosterone Therapy—translating how cash-pay healthcare actually works for the families and patients navigating it. He founded Elaren Ventures to bring that same operational discipline to healthcare, pairing modern technology and process design with the rigor a clinical practice demands.
